REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Previous management experience in sales, marketing, or commercial contracting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable work history.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the Proposal Function: Manage all aspects of the Proposal function, ensuring that proposals are developed in line with the UK Commercial Process and other company standards.
  • Champion the Commercial Process: Be the custodian and advocate of the Commercial Process (PR-1-0-108), ensuring it is maintained and continuously improved to align with best practices and company standards.
  • Manage Tender Administration: Oversee the tender administration process, including managing procurement portals, ensuring compliance with client procurement processes, and supporting tender submissions.
  • Develop Winning Proposals: Work closely with various departments to create and maintain standard proposal response content, ensuring it is compliant with company strategy and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Proposal team, managing resources to prioritize work effectively, ensuring high standards are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
