WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Relevant Qualification
• 8+ Years experience leading Testing Teams
• Extensive experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks, with deep knowledge of tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams and implementing automation strategies, especially within agile development environments.
• Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize automation for scalability and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on tracking and acting on QA metrics, driving quality and efficiency gains.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision for quality and automation

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our client in the financial services sector is looking for a Head of Quality Assurance who can lead an automation-first approach. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about technology, driven by data, and ready to build a world-class automation strategy that powers every release with speed and precision.
As the Head of QA, you’ll define and implement an automation-driven QA strategy to enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of our testing processes. You’ll lead a talented team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to ensure every product release meets the highest standards—all while scaling automation to drive continuous improvement and faster delivery cycles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design and implement a robust automation framework that supports end-to-end testing, regression, and performance testing, allowing for rapid, quality-driven releases.
• Manage and mentor the QA team, with a strong focus on automation skill development, fostering a culture of innovation and quality ownership.
• Identify and implement tools and practices that streamline manual testing and enhance automated test coverage across all products.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless testing and faster feedback loops.
• Define, track, and communicate key quality metrics to identify trends, drive decisions, and continuously improve the testing process.
