JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client from the beauty and skincare products based in Indonesia, known for its wide range of skincare and cosmetics product..
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system.
- Oversee all quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities.
- Oversee the testing and validation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Implement best practices and drive innovation in quality processes.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve product quality based on customer input.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the cosmetics or a related industry.
- Proven track record in a senior quality leadership role.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
