Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our real estate brokerage division and drive its growth across the UAE market. With an established presence in the UAE for over 20 years, our group is well-positioned to expand into the real estate sector, including both brokerage services and real estate development in the future. This role will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to develop the brokerage division, building a high-performing team, and positioning the company as a leader in the UAE real estate market.
You will leverage our long-standing market presence and extensive network to not only build a sustainable real estate brokerage business but also prepare the groundwork for our future ventures into real estate development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

5-10 years of experience in real estate brokerage, with a proven track record in Dubai and UAE markets.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading high-performing teams in real estate sales and business development.
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including both brokerage and development sectors, and knowledge of local regulations.
Experience in developing and executing business plans that drive sustainable growth and market share.
Strong networking skills and established relationships with key industry players, investors, and clients across the UAE.
RERA certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess opportunities and address market challenges.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and expansion of the real estate brokerage division across the UAE, creating a roadmap for growth and long-term success. Prepare the division for future transitions into real estate development.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a highly skilled team of real estate professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
Business Development & Growth Strategy: Drive the growth of the brokerage business, identifying opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors, and utilizing our strong network of contacts and market knowledge.
Marketing & Branding: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other promotional channels to expand the client base.
Real Estate Development Strategy (Future Expansion): Begin planning for future real estate development initiatives, laying the foundation for future projects by building relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, IT, and operations teams to ensure a seamless execution of business strategies and brand initiatives.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for growth and mitigate risks through strategic decisions.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners to establish the company as a trusted name in real estate.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs for the brokerage division, track performance, and report progress to senior management. Adjust business strategies based on performance and market conditions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team, encouraging new ideas and enhancing service delivery.
