Pictet has had an office in Zurich since 1982 and currently employs more than 200 people there. The Zurich office is located in the Leuenhof, one of the most iconic buildings on the prestigious Bahnhofstrasse.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Reception for the Zurich office to join the Client Experience department of the Pictet Group’s Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security division.

Responsibilities:

As Head of Reception for the Zurich office you and your team will be the first point of contact for our international clientele. You will provide a first-class service and maintain absolute discretion. As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • leading a team of five receptionists and a food and beverage coordinator. You will provide guidance, assign training and carry out performance evaluations.
  • overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reception area, creating a professional and welcoming environment for the Group’s UHNW and institutional clients, for business visitors, as well as our Managing Partners and senior management.
  • overseeing the food and beverage service to our clients and business partners.
  • coordinating and scheduling meeting requests and maintaining the highest level of service to clients. This would include operating a switchboard in German and English
  • working with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organisation.
  • helping to organise events for clients.
  • developing and implementing reception policies and procedures to continually enhance the service to clients.
  • handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices with regard to reception management.
