ABOUT THE ROLE
You will oversee a smooth and efficient recruitment process, enhancing both the candidate and hiring manager experience and will lead the recruitment team, providing expert guidance and support. Proactive sourcing of hard-to-fill or senior roles through headhunting, microsites, and video content will be essential.
