POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Head of Residential Asset, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and optimisation of the company’s residential property portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team, driving asset performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Extensive experience in residential asset management, preferably within a high-rise development context.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with tribunal matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of optimising asset performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian property market and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the residential portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team and support staff.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of residential assets to maximise returns.
- Collaborate with the development and property management teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Liaise with legal & finance teams to manage documentation and negotiations.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for asset value enhancement.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for the residential portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and contractors.
