POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Head of Residential Asset, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and optimisation of the company’s residential property portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading a dynamic team, driving asset performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional value to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Extensive experience in residential asset management, preferably within a high-rise development context.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with tribunal matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of optimising asset performance.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian property market and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic asset management plans for the residential portfolio.
  • Lead and mentor a team and support staff.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of residential assets to maximise returns.
  • Collaborate with the development and property management teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
  • Liaise with legal & finance teams to manage documentation and negotiations.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for asset value enhancement.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for the residential portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and contractors.
