THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Revenue Enablement to lead both our Revenue Operations team and build our global Sales Enablement function from the ground up. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving Hive’s growth by optimizing our revenue processes and empowering our sales team to achieve peak performance. As part of this role you will be:

  • Lead and develop the Revenue Operations team together with the Revenue Operations Lead, ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing and the optimization of our internal tools (CRM Hubspot, Aircall, etc.)
  • Design and implement a comprehensive global Sales Enablement strategy to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness across our Hive locations and build up an effective team
  • Oversee the development of sales training programs, playbooks, and tools to support our growing sales organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Manage and optimize our tech stack to support revenue generation activities

Responsibilities:
