Description:
Are you ready to drive growth and make a real impact? As our Head of Revenue Growth, you’ll be at the centre of Rightmove’s commercial success. Leading our 12-person Commercial Finance Revenue team, and reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll partner with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and to shape and execute strategies that propel revenue across nine business units.
In this role, you’ll blend strategy, finance, sales, and customer success to deliver consistent, sustainable growth. Your passion for data, combined with proven financial, project and people management skills, will help you unlock new opportunities, implement smart solutions, and guide our team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Mastery: Develop our commercial strategy, ensuring it aligns with our goals and market trends to drive impactful growth.
- Business Planning: Shape and support high-impact business plans that drive our strategy forward.
- Go-To-Market Success: Partner with the CRO to roll out go-to-market strategies that power up sales enablement, marketing, and customer acquisition.
- Pricing Strategy Leadership: Define and manage our pricing to maximize revenue and profitability across the board.
- Financial Modelling: Build dynamic financial models to evaluate revenue potential, forecast growth, and measure the impact of key initiatives. Collaborate closely with the FP&A Manager to roll up revenue forecasts for the Group.
- Inspiring Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 12 finance professionals, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Data Analysis Excellence: Use advanced data analysis to spot revenue opportunities, track key metrics, and inform critical decisions.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports that offer valuable insights for the CFO and other key stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and tackle financial risks to ensure we’re building sustainable, long-term growth.
