Join us in making global supply chains more transparent, resilient and sustainable!
At Prewave, we are dedicated to unlocking an unprecedented level of efficiency, transparency and resilience in the supply chain for our customers. We pioneer supply chain risk management with our AI-powered solutions, analysing traditional and social media in 400+ languages and predicting risks and disruptions all over the world. We help our clients to achieve a sustainable supply chain and to prevent any setbacks.
We have already trusted partners of industry-leading businesses like AbInBev, BMW, Kärcher, PwC, Porsche and many more. With the increasing importance and attention to supply chain due diligence in Europe, we grow every day, and so does our team!
We are looking for somebody to join us on this exciting journey to build and lead our end-to-end Revenue Operations function.
The Head of Revenue Operations will build and manage a small but growing team of sales operations experts. She or he will expand the scope of what the team covers, exhibiting strong thought leadership, hands-on contribution in critical areas as well as further building skills and expertise in the team.

Your mission

  • Business partnering: strategically partner with the leaders of each Go To Market function to jointly define priorities, build their functional plan and execute on it.
  • Annual Planning: lead annual Go To Market (GTM) planning. This entails partnering with GTM leadership (marketing, sales, business development, partner, customer success, etc.) in defining the GTM strategy, designing attractive commission plans, allocating headcount to maximise growth opportunities, identifying the best accounts to focus on, assigning sales territories, defining quotas, facilitating account planning and landing the changes with the GTM teams. Instill data-driven excellence in our decision making and clean execution along each of these steps.
  • Running the business: run regular cadences such as forecast calls, demand generation reviews, functional interlocks and QBRs. Be on top of business performance and identify opportunities and areas of concern early, trigger course corrections as needed. Manage commissions payouts in close collaboration with Finance and HR.
  • Systems, Data and Business Intelligence: define business requirements, co-design and act as sparring partner for the teams that are building out our systems and data infrastructure. Leverage data to deeply understand our business dynamics, identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Business Excellence: Continuously strive for excellence, automation and insight in everything we do in the GTM space. Identify improvement opportunities, design the future state and implement it in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
