For our location in Parsdorf bei München we are currently looking for a

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and analyze existing performance management and rewards practices within KraussMaffei Group and compare to benchmarks as well as market practices
  • In conjunction with Vice President Corporate HR design superior global performance management, total rewards and benefits strategy to attract, retain and incentivize talents worldwide
  • Build appropriate governance structures and establish policies and guidelines ensuring transparency and compliance of all salary, variable pay and benefits programs to relevant legislation as well as codetermination
  • In conjunction with Board and Vice President Corporate HR set and steer compensation and benefits related budgets
  • Design, establish and lead annual performance and pay review processes and train leaders as well as HR Managers to act according to group strategy and comply with defined processes
  • Ensure that compensation and benefit practices and decisions are aligned with the requirements of the business, both in terms of P&L impact and talent attraction/retention
  • Act as business expert in all matters relating to compensation and benefits and providing advice to key stakeholders
  • Be accountable for all reward reporting using internal systems as much as possible
  • Manage collaboration with payroll team to process cash and deferred payments and produce statements
  • Further advance and roll out position evaluation and grading across Group together with relevant external provider(s)
  • Establish and manage small team of reward analysts and compensation specialists

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, macroeconomics, law, finance or any equivalent academic background
  • MBA certification and CCP/GRP or other Compensation and Benefits certification desirable
  • 6+ years in human resources to include functional experience in compensation and benefits
  • Competency in consulting skills, project management skills and strong leadership, team and people management capabilities
  • Mastery C&B technical skills (e.g. payline design, incentive design) and understanding of the legal, labor and economic environment of the assigned region
  • Structured, entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, analytical thinking and affinity for key figures as well as strong analytical skills and methodological knowledge
  • Future-oriented thinking in agile as well as digital forms and possibilities
  • Ability and pleasure to interact with diverse (inter-)national target groups and to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptionel Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as advanced experience with other Microsoft Office tools; accustomed to using common HR tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Business fluent in German and English
