You will work closely with our Executive VP of Global People & Corporate Affairs and be a member of both the Global People & Corporate Affairs leadership team and LEO Pharma’s extended global leadership team (eGLT).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Business Administration, HRM, or similar
- Senior experience in global Rewards/Compensation & Benefits in a multinational, listed company
- Proven leadership experience
- Expertise in developing and implementing global rewards strategies
- Knowledge of equity and incentive compensation plans and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Executive remuneration and RemCo
- Exceptional skills in creating and delivering presentations
You must have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills and a proven ability to set the strategy and translate it into clear directives and actionable plans focused on business objectives. You naturally engage with influential and assertive behavior, delivering best-in-class solutions to elevate your function. Your professionalism and high energy enable you to drive and execute projects to completion effectively. Analytical skills to create data-driven decision-making and attention to detail and numerical aptitude comes with the role.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
- Lead the Performance & Rewards team (7 direct reports)
- Develop global strategies for performance, compensation, benefits, and total rewards
- Provide Remuneration Committee with recommendations for executive rewards
- Develop and implement equity compensation strategies
- Analyze, design and evaluate performance-based incentive plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, remuneration policies and disclosure levels
- Monitor engagement and retention and manage shareholder and employee communication
- Develop global, IT-enabled performance and compensation processes for efficiency and alignment
- Ensure global incentive schemes, support business strategy and link to performance management
- Conduct global remuneration benchmarks and design new variable pay schemes
- Build a global benefits framework with core benefits and ESG considerations
- Govern the global position evaluation system to ensure internal and external equity
- Ensure correct application of LEO Pharma Job Architecture for recruitment, career development, and benchmarking
