Head of Risk Governance and Sustainability

AmTrust International are currently looking for a Head of Risk Governance and Sustainability to join our team based out of our city of London office.
The role will take responsibility for the consolidation of the outputs and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functions across the individual entities of AmTrust International Group, draw conclusions from the same and provide an aggregated view to the Global Chief Risk Officer.
This is a strong relationship management role where you will work with entity Chief Risk Officers and act as the focal point for the escalation of material incidents, breaches of Group policy and emerging risks.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong risk management experience, gained within a financial services related company (ideally insurance) and have experience of working with business functions to improve risk management processes. You will also have an understanding of regulatory rules and the ESG regulatory landscape, and have experience of developing reporting and/or presenting to a senior level audience.
