Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: -
- Minimum Degree in Robotics/Engineering course or Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of robotics/ application/ sales experience in factory automation environment or business to business environment
- Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Sales driven and customer oriented with good client engagement skills
- Background with Robot Engineering added advantage
- Confident in technical knowledge transfer and creating technical presentations and/or seminar materials to partners and customers (including Japanese customer)
- Technical support experience for Japanese customers
- Must be able to communicate technical terms related to electrical and mechanical aspects of robotics products with HQ Japan

Responsibilities:
- Expand robotics business and promote the (i3-Mechatronics) Total Solutions Concept to customers.
- Achieve robot sales targets within the Asia Pacific region across subsidiaries.
- Establish and execute robotics sales objectives through effective forecasting and profitability strategies.
- Understand and leverage the full range of company robotics functions and options. Develop strategies to identify customer needs, recommend suitable solution, and build strong business relationship.
- Conduct market research to analyze industrial robot market trends and competitive landscapes, informing strategic sales plans.
- Manage pricing and sales strategy. Manage pricing for distributors, end users, and/or system integrators, ensuring competitive and strategic pricing. Monitor and adjust pricing based on market comparisons and develop new sales strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Analyze sales reports to track progress and achieve sales targets.
- Promote customer satisfaction and trust in the company’s brand.
- Manage/oversee total solution projects. Collaborate with distributor and/or system integrator to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to system integrators and distributors to facilitate sales (if applicable). Maintain regular communication with each subsidiary and headquarter in Japan regarding robotics stock delivery and/or lead times.
- Work with the administrative team to enhance sales team effectiveness.
