Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to represent the company on the Polish market, drive our growth and expand our market presence. This role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and fostering strong relationships with key partners and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribution to company strategy discussions by representing the needs of the local market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Managing the existing portfolio of merchants, seek and/or create new opportunities to enhance cooperation and eventually merchant success.
- Achieving or exceed personal KPI’s by proactively managing the sales cycle.
- Looking for new opportunities for increasing revenues (X-sell, upsell).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional activities focused on Twisto products.
- Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate performance and initiate new product ideas and drive enablement and lead generation activities.
- Working directly and indirectly on the market presence of Twisto (e.g. conferences, industry meetings, etc.).
- Representing the company on the Polish market (also on the formal side).
