REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-15 years of proven leadership success in Wealth Management, Private Banking or related sales roles
- Passionate, assertive leadership style with the ability to motivate and drive a team
- Strong ideation skills and the tenacity to research and develop new concepts
- Agility and responsiveness in the face of changing deadlines and priorities
- Passion for building and growing organizations

Responsibilities:
- Drive business development for our full suite of products in Mauritius, Rodrigues, Reunion, South Africa and Madagascar
- Build and lead a team of 6+ skilled sales professionals to deliver on their targets
- Grow our base of HNI, UHNI, and institutional investors through your team’s efforts and your own network
- Coordinate with administrative and back-office teams to ensure smooth investor onboarding
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
- Increase share of wallet with each client through cross-selling, top-ups, and portfolio management assistance where permitted
- Build our brand presence in the region through permissible marketing initiatives
