As our Head of Sales, you will build and lead our sales team in Germany, developing and implementing strategies to drive success. This role offers the chance to shape our sales operations, establish key partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Join us!
Responsibilities:
- Create an effective sales funnel to help our German leads buy the best solution for their home
- Implement effective sales processes, scripts, and systems to ensure customer satisfaction and predictable sales.
- Lead, mentor, and build our sales team from scratch, setting them up for success.
- Create a high-performing culture while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in Germany to achieve our mission.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor performance and drive exceptional sales results.
- Rapidly execute and implement tactical and strategic sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent installation and sales quality.
- Work closely with the Country Manager and top-management to develop the commercial strategy in Germany.
