Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join our team as the Head of Sales Development at Urban Sports Club, where you will lead a talented team across multiple European markets, driving strategic initiatives to maximize top-of-the-funnel growth and streamline sales processes. You will collaborate closely with Marketing and GTM Operations to optimize our market strategies, enhance conversion rates, and innovate within the industry. Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of SDRs across multiple European markets
- Hire, train, and manage both Sales Leaders and Individual Contributors
- Drive volume at the top of the funnel by developing and implementing outbound sales strategies and aligning processes across all markets
- Enhance sales processes, drive campaign work to support acquisition efforts, and collaborate with Marketing/SDR leadership to optimize the marketing funnel and account-based strategies
- Partner with GTM Operations to improve GTM strategy and conversion, and provide insights to the Marketing and Sales organization.
- Lead the annual target-setting process, defining KPIs/OKRs for SDR performance, implementing measurement systems, and supporting marketing in setting goals and benchmarks
- Build processes and lead projects to improve marketing/SDR productivity, define standard reporting and dashboards for visibility into business performance, analytics, and ROI, and maintain business cadence to keep all teams on track
- Monitor the success of top-of-the-funnel programs, campaigns, and strategic activities, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge efforts
