HEAD OF SALES EMEA & ROW - B2B

Thanks to Medik8’s remarkable growth, we’re expanding our consumer base and engaging with our distributors to explore exciting new channels. We have an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and resourceful individual to join our team.
Reporting directly to the EMEA & ROW GM, you’ll lead, strategise, and execute our sales approach across multi-channel markets. Your main objective will be to accelerate revenue growth, build and nurture relationships with key partners (distributors, retailers, e-commerce), and achieve outstanding commercial results.
In this role, you’ll identify white-space opportunities within the EMEA & ROW region, establish sustainable and profitable routes to market, and strengthen relationships with key accounts, all while implementing strategies to drive product adoption. The ideal candidate will bring a proven sales track record across multi-channel European markets, a strong passion for the skincare industry, and experience leveraging sales data to drive results.
This position plays a crucial role in our ambitious global journey. You’ll drive continuous, profitable growth through our multichannel strategy, upholding Medik8’s values, brand integrity, and innovative ethos as we expand our regional presence.
Working closely with your team and cross-functional colleagues in marketing, operations, finance, and product development, you’ll ensure our business objectives align seamlessly with the Medik8 vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a winning sales strategy that drives growth across all relevant markets and channels: distributor, retail, e-tail and e-commerce
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities, building strong relationships with global distributors and retail partners to boost market share. Work closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Business Development: support the GM driving market expansion within key territories, while consolidating our presence in existing markets. Negotiate and manage contracts with key existing and new partners, ensuring commercially sound agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: take full ownership of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring we stay on track and hit our targets. Use sales data and market insights to guide strategic decisions and optimise performance.
  • Market Expansion: Lead the way in entering new markets, ensuring our approach aligns with the brand’s global vision and positioning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional development.
