JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing organization to align with business goals.
- Develop long-term plans to achieve business results, addressing complex and critical issues.
- Create innovative marketing strategies to generate interest in products and services.
- Manage profit and loss for Sales and Marketing activities.
- Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve business results.
- Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with business needs.
- Develop budget and long-term strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
- Contribute to the business unit’s strategic roadmap.
- Improve Sales process automation and back-office operations.
- Deliver regular Sales Forecasting.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to influence and deliver growth plans.
