EXPERIENCE

  • 7–10 years of working experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in leading roles
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales and sales operations within Fintech
  • Experience in solution selling and building outbound strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent pitching and presentation skills
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas
  • Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE WITHIN OUR CLIENT’S TEAM

As Head of Sales, you will lead their global sales function, driving growth and market share in a competitive B2B SaaS e-commerce and fintech landscape. This role is crucial in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to enhance their market position, generate revenue, and expand their customer base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy together with the management/commercial director, aligned with company goals
  • Spearhead the implementation of targeted sales strategies, focusing on new customer acquisition in the enterprise B2B sector
  • Create and optimize sales funnels, with a strong operational focus
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align efforts, focusing on lead generation and conversion
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure and optimize sales performance, analysing results to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the sales budget efficiently to achieve company objectives
