As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Learnsters LMS platform as well as Learnster AI. You will lead a team of sales professionals, work closely with marketing and product teams, and play a key role in expanding our customer base, through both new and existing customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in SaaS sales, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through proactive sales activities.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth goals.
  • Identifying target markets, customer segments, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Driving sales initiatives and campaigns to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing and managing sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Ensuring consistent pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Using data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Fostering a results-driven and positive team culture.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE

  • Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably in a SaaS B2B company.
  • Previous experience in a sales leadership role.
  • A deep understanding of how companies and organizations work with goals, skills development, and learning.
  • A natural ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A strong aptitude for quickly learning new digital tools and technologies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on results.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
  • Availability to work from our Stockholm office a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.
