QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Industry Expertise: Over 10 years of sales experience within the Elevator Industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven skills in leading and inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
- Sales Mastery: Deep understanding of the sales cycle, customer purchasing strategies, negotiation, reporting, and funnel management.
- Business Savvy: Strong foundation in business planning, performance control, and strategic thinking.
- Service-Oriented: Commitment to delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs.
- Digital Forward: Embraces digital solutions and innovation to drive growth and efficiency.
- Change Management: Skilled in guiding teams and clients through change.
