Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Support the development of and implement medium- to long-term sales strategies that enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use external insights and internal analytics to forecast trends, influence organizational decisions, and optimise performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the ANZ Sales Operations team, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational excellence.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Establish and execute robust operating cadences (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecasts, top-deals analysis) to ensure sales targets are met.
- Target Setting & Alignment: Develop reliable and transparent target-setting frameworks, gaining alignment from key stakeholders to ensure goals are realistic and achievable.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, implement improvements (e.g., Salesforce enhancements, streamlined reporting), and ensure the team operates at maximum efficiency.
- Advocacy & Influence: Advocate for the tools, resources, and enablement required for the ANZ sales team’s success across APAC and Global Sales Operations
