Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in sales management of a large team, particularly in similar industries or sectors.
- Data driven, able to use date to drve sales through business strategy or team performance.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Extremely analytical, has data-driven approach to make informed decisions to support.
- Strong, commercial leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Experience in managing complex operations and scaling teams within a growing business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- This is a Monday - Friday role but must be open to some visibility over weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage sales and customer-facing teams, nurturing excellence and accountability.
- Develop, own and establish retail sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and report on sales performance, strategy, targets and KPIs.
- Accountable for the performance and development of the full sales team.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience & collaborate on long-term sales strategies.
