We´re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Operations. You´ll guide a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets. - Lead and support the Sales and Operations to perform at their best
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and expand our markets
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Hands-on and take part approach
- Work closely with other department to align strategies with our goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to find new growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with industry standard and company policies
