Description:

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Sell-in and sell-out targets, including on-line channels.
Overall negotiation with clients: trade agreements, brands visibility at POS, promotion
plan according company strategy.
Lead sales team. .
Sales forecast for the accounts.
Lead company projects in the market.
Adapt the national marketing plans together with marketing and trade teams.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience leading sales teams minimum 3 years
Experience in Beauty Industry (Desirable)
Negotiation and communication skills
Autonomous, passionate and ambitious.
Strong at analytics & systems outputs.
Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively
Passion for Beauty
Proficiency in English & Spanish & Portuguese language
