- Experience driving business growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong client relationships and work with the wider Route1 leadership team to achieve overall business objectives.

Route1 print is the UK’s largest online trade printer. The business is geared up to deliver some exceptional growth over the next 12 months, as such, we thought now’s the time to give someone the rare opportunity to jump on board as our Head of Sales and play a significant part in supporting us in achieving it.
We process around 10,000 jobs each week, consisting of over 11 million printed items that include anything from menus in your local restaurant, right the way through to curating stunning books for luxury brands. This is where you come in, we are on the lookout for a sales strategist, someone that can translate our clients challenges into a tangible roadmap for the future, interpret data to identify trends and opportunity & be the driving force leading our account management team to deliver operational excellence.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Salary: between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + 15% bonus
- Location: Office based 5 days a week, at our state-of-the-art HQ in Manvers, Rotherham
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
THE ROLE;
- Defining and executing the sales strategy for Route 1 Print that results in commercial growth.
- Own department P&L and drive quarterly projects and initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Manage and develop the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities for our sales team to grow and develop business accounts.
- Set, monitor and review team KPIs to drive performance improvements in account growth.
- Turn data into actionable commercial insight that can be leveraged by the team to win and retain business.
- Collaborate with members of the marketing team to penetrate key markets and industry trends.
- Establish and adapt the CRM strategy and systems that work to maximise existing client spend.
- Represent Route1 Print at key industry events, using these opportunities to nurture existing client relationships, and build new client networks.
- Build strong personable relationships with strategic accounts that foster and drive collaboration to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
