Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining a balance between the client’s needs and the company’s objectives.
  • Supervise the Sales & Events team of the Hotel
