  • Solar Savvy: You’ll have proven experience in solar energy sales or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of the ins and outs of solar panel installation.
  • Business Builder: You’ll be a pro at business development, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Team Leader: You’ll have experience managing a sales team and know how to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.
  • People Person: Your communication and interpersonal skills are top-notch, making it easy for you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of the construction industry and technical sales is a bonus, but your ability to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software, using it to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Flexible & Mobile: You’re comfortable with hybrid working—spending three days in our Maidstone office and two days working from home—and are willing to travel as needed.
