- Previousrelevant experience required in sales management in the motor trade industry
- Goodcommunication skills
- Customerfacing experience required
- Goodattention to detail
- Full UKdriving licence required

Responsibilities:
As a Headof Sales, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your keyresponsibilities will include:
- Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that everysales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner thatfocusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
- Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve therequired business objectives, including: sales volumes, profitability, employeesatisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty levels and others, and toreconsider and redirect strategy in light of any of these objectives not beingachieved.
- Analysingthe vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effectivedecisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department,for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
- Ensuringthat all employees have clear objectives that are intrinsically linked to thoseof the wider department and business.
- Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment foremployees within your business area.
- Championingthe effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems andprocesses
