The right candidate will join our team in Phase 2 of the academy’s journey, alongside the founding staff body. The appointed candidate will work closely with our team of dedicated and motivated practitioners to continue to establish the culture, ethos, and values of a new free school.
This role is an exciting addition as we look to ensure that all our subjects are taught by subject specialists.
Our Science department is in a secure position with a fantastic Teacher of Science and a highly competent Science Technician. Our existing Head of Science has established the foundations for a great department with outcomes reporting favourable against Oasis Community Learning national performance. Our Head of School is a former Head of Science so this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking to progress from 2nd in Science or Key Stage Co-ordinator.
