• To construct and maintain a security rota to enable 24hr cover and effective operation.
• To manage and lead the team and liaise with outside agencies as required.
• To ensure that guiding policies and procedures are in place and reflect the requirements of the Group Operations Security Manual (GOSM).
• Training the Security department on SOP’s and/or arranging external trainings as required.
• To compile appropriate risk assessments (RA).
• To carry out internal audits of security and FLHSS requirements in preparation for the annual audits which may be unannounced.
• To chair the Risk Management Committee (RMC) that encompasses both the hotel and residences.
• To deal with any RIDDOR submissions on behalf of the hotel and residences.
• To ensure that the hotel and residences comply with any relevant local code.
• To deliver training as required to other departments.
