Telenor Cyberdefence AS is a wholly owned, newly started Nordic cyber security company in the Telenor Group. Telenor Cyberdefence AS’ ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor’s unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also be able to offer specialist expertise through cybersecurity advice, technical consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.
We are looking for a new colleague in the position of Head of Service Delivery Management, to join Telenor Cyberdefence HQ in Oslo / Fornebu.
Head of Service Delivery Management is a key member of the Telenor Cyberdefence (TCD) Management Team, responsible for managing all post-sales customer interaction with our managed security services customers. The role includes managing a team of service implementation and service delivery experts and working closely with TCD’s product management and sales functions as well as our Security Operations Centre located in Oslo/Fornebu and in Grimstad.
This role requires experience from successfully running a Service Delivery Management organization in an MSSP. The Head of Service Delivery Management will have a key role in defining the service implementation and delivery processes and IT tools in TCD. The most important goal will be to safeguard high customer satisfaction among TCD’s MSS customers.
You will have the following key responsibilities:
Understand the Nordic market for managed security services and the needs of the various customer segments.
Understand the main technology trends within the Nordic market for security services and how to use these technologies in TCD’s managed security services.
Lead a team of service implementation and service delivery experts.
Safeguard efficient service implementation for TCD’s managed security customers.
Organize regular information flow and customer dialogue regarding TCD’s managed security services according to customer expectations.
Ensure profitability of the managed security services business through securing high customer satisfaction.
Advocate and open doors for other TCD deliverables, such as security advice, technical security consulting service, penetration testing, and additional managed security services.
Secure efficient processes and tools for the Service Delivery Management function, in close co-operation with TCD’s Security Operations Centre.
- Communicate and interact effectively across organizational boundaries, within and outside TCD and Telenor Group. Actively participate in business forums at local, Nordic and global level.
We believe you have the following qualifications and skills:
Experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in managing a Service Delivery Management function in an MSSP.
Experience from Microsoft Azure and the security products portfolio in the Microsoft universe.
- A sound understanding of the Nordic managed security services market as well as a thorough understanding of the existing and upcoming security technologies.
- Strong and inspiring communicator and storyteller externally and internally.
- Proven ability to co-operate both with sales functions and service portfolio functions, preferably in an MSSP, as well as with a Security Operations Centre.
- Ability to think end to end and pull the company in the right direction.
- Professional fluency in verbal and written English and a Scandinavian language is required.
