Description:

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to join our experienced and innovative Senior Leadership Team as Head of Service for Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) CAMHS and Adult Eating Disorder Services.
We are seeking an experienced leader who will develop and manage the strategy, vision and operational delivery for the CAMHS and adult eating disorder services in BSW. You will have a pivotal role in effectively promoting the service and building strong and effective partnership working arrangements across the local health and care systems of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.
Accountable for the delivery of the Directorate and Integrated Care Board priorities, and responsible for ensuring the KPI’s and outcomes for each service are met, you will translate this into clear goals and objectives for managers and clinicians to deliver the highest quality services with outcomes that make a positive difference to service users and their families.
You will also be required to ensure that there is robust clinical decision making for each service, ensuring that mental health and safeguarding risk is well managed through effective quality and clinical governance models.
