Telenor Cyberdefence AS is a wholly owned, newly started Nordic cyber security company in the Telenor Group. Telenor Cyberdefence AS’ ambition is to become a leading MSSP (Managed Security Services Provider) in the Nordic market, among other things by using Telenor’s unique access to threat intelligence to support our services. In addition to delivering modern managed security services, Telenor Cyberdefence AS will also be able to offer specialist expertise through advice, technical consultancy services and testing of infrastructure / applications with our Offensive Security team.
We are looking for a new colleague in the position of Head of Service Portfolio, to join Telenor Cyberdefence HQ in Oslo / Fornebu.
Head of Service Portfolio is a key member of the Telenor Cyberdefence (TCD) Management Team, responsible for defining and managing the company’s portfolio of services, including managed security services and security consulting services. The role also includes responsibility for market analyses, strategic pricing, partnering initiatives with strategic vendors and sales channels, and management of third-party products.
This role requires the ability to analyse the impact of new technologies on an MSSP and to define how to best position the company and its services now and in the future. Head of Service Portfolio is TCD’s strategic guardian who ensures that the company’s security services meet the needs of the defined target customer segments in a profitable manner.

You will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Understand the Nordic market for security services and the needs of the various customer segments.
  • Understand the main technology trends within the Nordic market for security services and how to use these technologies in TCD.
  • Define and manage a modern and lean portfolio of managed security services and security consulting services.
  • Make sure the defined security services are delivered by TCD in an effective and profitable manner.
  • Be the bridge between the sales function on the one hand and managed security operations and security consulting on the other hand.
  • Work with strategic pricing in order to secure profitability of TCD’s service portfolio.
  • Build lasting partnerships with strategic vendors and sales channels.
  • Manage third-party products within TCD, including price negotiations with vendors and distribution logistics and administration.
  • Communicate and interact effectively across organizational boundaries, within and outside TCD and Telenor Group. Actively participate in business forums at local, Nordic and global level.
