REQUIREMENTS
- This role requires significant proven expertise in developing and delivering a high profile, social media strategy for a lifestyle or media brand with a proven track record in commercial and brand uplift
- Experience in growing audiences and engagement across platforms specifically Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok
- Proven experience in strategy development, creating & delivering robust & measurable social strategies across planned and reactive social content
- Proven experience ideating, building and delivering commercial social content for brand partners
- Proven experience in acquisition, conversion and performance management of social channels
- Experience working with key technologies (ie hoot suite) and relationships with platforms
- Experience with international markets
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and working collaboratively in multi-disciplined environments
- Good relationships with the major social media platforms including Meta, TikTok and PinterestA demonstrable understanding of the Jamie Oliver brand and its position in the wider digital and food

- Through line management skills including: organisation, clear communication and goal setting
- By working collaboratively to find creative solutions and encouraging your team to do the same
- Creative and continuous learning mindset - interest in the industry to ensure we are always trend starters
- Organised and flexible to deliver on numerous moving parts of the business.
- A good problem solver, adaptable to a fast paced environment who uses own initiative and creativity to deal with last minute requirement and the nature of social media
- Hero social media best practice - advising other parts of the business on what content will deliver on objectives.
