YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or related field. MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in sponsorship, large-scale events, and experiential marketing/partnerships, B2B and/or B2C branding, brand management, brand activation marketing. Experience in activating major sport sponsorships is a must.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated business-to-business marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management and results measurement.
  • Experience managing complex, long-term projects with agency partners to meet objectives and budgets.
  • Proven track record in managing external partners, large-scale cross-functional teams and agency partners across experiential, media, content and PR.
  • Very organized, strong project management skills. Excellent communicator – well-spoken with excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sponsorship Strategy: define global sponsorship marketing and communications strategy, aligned with Signify’s brand, marketing and business objectives.
  • Budget Management: manage the sponsorship annual budget (PR, creation, activation, measurement, hospitality) and resource allocation, ensuring maximization of ROI.
  • Partnership rights: plan and manage the usage of partnership rights and ensure execution as per contractual agreement; continuously optimize partnership rights working together with MF1.
  • Partner Relationship Management: build and maintain strong collaboration relationships with sponsorship partner stakeholders. • Product Integration: develop product integration roadmap working together with partner and businesses, aligned to sponsorship positioning; ensure timely delivery of product integration projects.
  • Sponsorship Activation: define sponsorship activation strategy (geography, audiences, reach) in alignment with the businesses; define and manage annual delivery plan in alignment with the businesses
  • Evaluate Sponsorship Effectiveness: define measurement scope and methodology to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship; provide regular reports and insights to Signify Leadership.
  • Develop relationships across markets to develop strategic sponsorship programs in support of business priorities relating to both B2B and B2C customers.
