Description:
Financial Planning FrameworkTranslation of NHS National Planning and Contracting guidance into a financial framework for the Trust. Developing and communicating financial planning frameworks and guidance to finance staff, budget holders and other Trust colleagues on planning processes. Co-ordinating an aligned approach between financial planning and reporting, demand and capacity, workforce and other teams. Translation of operational plans into revenue budgets, funded establishments and activity plans.
Strategic ModellingDeveloping and maintaining models for short, long and medium term financial planning analysis. Developing and maintaining key financial assumptions and alignment with contract income allocations, operational performance and workforce etc. For further details please see attached JD&PS
