We’re seeking a Head of Strategic Initiatives who will provide direct support to the Chief Growth Officer and will have responsibility for day-to-day operations of his office.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the shaping and execution of the key strategic initiatives, especially those that require high involvement from the Chief Growth Officer.
Overall management and support of Chief Growth Officer’s external facing activity (e.g., client meetings, conferences, panels), including but not limited to client prep, researching of key relevant topics, and writing communications.
Assembling the GV executive team, including Managing Directors, Head of Business Development, COO, etc., to triage key priority areas for the Chief Growth Officer to dedicate attention, tracking notes and circulating follow-ups, and planning/coordinating touch points
Strategically assisting the Chief Growth Officer in making key decisions, and continuously improving Growth Venture’s operating model and helping address any problems relevant to the Chief Growth Office.
Some travel would be required.
