Responsibilities:

AS HEAD OF STRATEGY, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Strategic Proposition Development: Delivery of client ecommerce propositions and business cases from proposal to implementation
Client Strategic Planning: Working with the customer success function to support in the development of client strategic growth plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities for the division.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Strategy Director and departmental heads to align strategies across the division and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the team and division, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new business models and technologies.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

  • Proven experience in a senior strategy, consulting or similar role within the ecommerce industry or a related tech field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive analysis, and business development.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
