About your role as Founder | Head of Supply Chain Management

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain Management to join L, a dynamic, global scale-up. As Head of Supply Chain Management, your goal is to lead, oversee, manage and analyse our company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. You want to maximise productivity and bring efficiencies into our processes.. In addition, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining successful relationships with our brand managers, suppliers, and other colleagues in the national sales offices.

Experience

  • Previous working experience (between 8 and 12 years) in supply chain and logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software is preferred.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quick learner: Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
  • Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
  • Strong team player as well as individually qualified.
  • Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and aware of your impact on our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • To drive & coordinate the supply chain of loyalty promotions on all continents, together with our team of Logistics and Supply Chain Managers.
  • Provide regular status updates of upcoming, ongoing and closed loyalty programs to management.
  • Ensure that all stock movements are correctly registered in our ERP system.
  • Proactively support and empower the supply chain management team to achieve operational excellence in program execution, through collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Act as first point of escalation with suppliers on supply chain topics.
  • Work together with operations department on improving the forecasting and procurement processes.
  • Participate in business review meetings with NSOs and partners.
  • Act as a key liaison point for other internal departments on supply chain issues.
  • Work closely together with the logistical teams in our sales office around the world to support them with program set up, production planning and escalation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive packaging and supplier flexibility database, to manage projects effectively.
  • Support the evaluation of the loyalty promotion executions.
  • Monitor and optimise relevant supply chain KPIs.
  • Play an active role in the supply chain process optimisation to establish continuous improvement cycles and ensure an effective planning.
  • Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets.

Your role will require you to:

  • Occasionally travel internationally.
  • Have excellent communication skills and can adapt to working in an international environment.
