ROLE OVERVIEW

The Head of Sustainability will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. This role will involve providing strategic guidance to clients, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sustainability team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust sustainability strategy for the firm, including setting clear goals, targets, and performance metrics.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and provide expert advice on sustainability issues, including ESG reporting, carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, and green building certifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sustainability professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities related to sustainability and develop proposals to win new clients.
• Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance the firm’s reputation as a sustainability leader.
• Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Internal Sustainability: Drive sustainability initiatives within the company, including reducing the firm’s environmental impact and promoting a sustainable workplace culture.
