For our location in Parsdorf bei München we are currently looking for a

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review and analyze existing talent identification and development, employer branding and learning practices within KraussMaffei Group and compare to market best practices
  • Design superior talent, branding and upskilling strategy to attract, grow and retain diverse talents worldwide
  • Build and roll out appropriate structures and processes to identify and grow key talents jointly with business and create transparency on talent pools across the Group
  • Act as business expert in all matters relating to talent acquisition, development, learning as well as DEI and support HR Business Partners in related processes
  • Implement targeted approach for succession planning and pipelining for business-critical positions ensuring practicability and business impact
  • Build up global corporate academy advancing existing learning and development offer to build business-relevant skills of the future with a focus on leadership capabilities
  • Act as consultant and coach to senior management in terms of their individual development
  • Drive and lead initiatives to reinforce and strengthen the corporate culture of KraussMaffei and its core values
  • Implement talent analytics further advancing and leveraging SuccessFactors as leading HR system globally
  • Select and steer external providers for related activities
  • Negotiate relevant topics with relevant Works Councils where needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, macroeconomics, psychology or any equivalent academic background, MBA certification desirable
  • 6+ years experience in HR to include 3+ years functional experience in talent development / learning in an international context
  • Experience in managing large projects and programs at global scale; experience in change management desirable
  • Routine in working with SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proactive, creative and entrepreneurial mindset able to succeed in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Empathetic leader radiating a positive mindset able to collaborate successfully with diverse (inter-)national stakeholders at different seniority levels
  • Solution-oriented, hands-on working style with ability to work towards deadlines and balance multiple priorities
  • Strong customer orientation and advanced consulting skills used to interact with senior management at eye level
  • Attention to detail and structured way of working striving for operational excellence
  • Strong business acumen motivated by willingness to generate tangible impact
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work effectively across borders and remotely
  • Business fluent in German and English
