HEAD OF TALENT ACQUISITION

As a people function, we ensure ASB has the right capability and culture to deliver ASB’s strategy and purpose. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and inspire our Talent Acquisition team and support our Service Delivery and Technology strategy.
Working across a large, exciting and complex organisation, we require a high achieving Talent Acquisition leader with proven experience transforming and delivering leading edge talent acquisition strategies - from graduate through to executive recruitment.
In this role you will be accountable for the strategies and delivery of who (and how) we hire internally and externally at ASB. You will be accountable for supporting our leaders in ensuring we have the right talent with the right skills so you will need to be aligned with business needs, know external market trends and be able to execute modern attraction, sourcing and selection methodologies.
Being a champion of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, you will also ensure our talent acquisition processes are fair, equitable and without bias.
