ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to join the People and Talent team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performing team at a scaling health technology company and have responsibility for driving our business growth from day one.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and building a growing team and can play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. As Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Talent function and collaborate closely with our leadership teams to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives and growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the talent acquisition strategy, focusing on creating innovative sourcing and outreach strategies that result in diverse candidate pools, a great candidate experience and support a fair and robust process
  • Establish and lead the execution of a talent acquisition vision, strategy and roadmap that effectively aligns attraction, recruitment, assessment and selection approach
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay aligned with current and future business needs
  • Develop and lead a team inspiring them to achieve next-level recruitment goals across the business
  • Manage talent acquisition budgets and resources to measure cost effectiveness. Identify opportunities for cost savings and increased ROI. Optimise resource allocation to drive functional efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead on key functional and senior hiring setting the appropriate sourcing strategy aligned to desired outcomes
  • Build out our employer brand to represent us as an employer of choice, showcasing our unique culture and values
  • Ensure the team have a data driven approach using data analytics to continuously improve the process and outcomes.
  • Be up to date with best practices, and recruitment trends to provide innovative approaches to talent acquisition
  • Build data to monitor and report on all hiring activities to measure effectiveness

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience leading and managing initiatives while balancing daily recruitment delivery
  • 5 + years’ experience leading end to end recruitment
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies including a track record of success in talent sourcing to meet business objectives
  • Extensive hands-on experience in recruitment in the health and tech sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking with a metrics-driven approach to solutions and the ability to leverage analytics and insights to influence necessary change
  • Sound business acumen, excellent decision making and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and strategically and have strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Track record in building Employee Value Proposition to enhance brand awareness
  • Experience of leadership and team development to demonstrate successful delivery of recruitment goals through operational excellence
  • A pro-active attitude and a passion for leading with integrity
  • A curious mindset, to think innovatively and rationally and concerns and come up with creative solutions
