Description:
As we continue to build a cohesive, global Talent Attraction (TA) Centre of Excellence (CoE), we are searching for a Head of Talent Attraction, HQ & EMEA. This role is a critical driver in aligning regional recruitment operations with our global TA agenda.
In this role, you will lead the TA team in HQ and oversee operations across HQ & EMEA. You will be responsible for developing and embedding TA best practices that align with and advance our global talent strategy. The way you direct TA in HQ & EMEA will set the standard for our global operations.
Talent Attraction is a critical function at GN that directly impacts our ability to attract and retain key talent. The TA partners in HQ & EMEA collectively oversee all recruitment activities across divisions and functions within their designated areas.
As the Head of TA, HQ & EMEA, you will report to Janus Grant Petersen, Director of Talent & Leadership Development, and you will work closely with with other regional TA-counterparts, as well as our broader People & Culture community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 4 Senior TA Partners, one Executive Search Partner, and one Student Assistant, while fostering collaboration within the team and across primary stakeholders, such as business partners and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement forward-thinking global TA strategies that ensure a positive candidate experience and are aligned with broader business objectives.
- Transform the TA function into a unified, global function by setting the example for how to drive TA in HQ and EMEA and aligning this approach across regions.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise within TA, sharing best practices across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into TA efforts.
- Be the Talent Attraction Partner for People & Culture to set the example for TA amongst P&C peers.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience within a large global matrix organization.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying TA best practices to attract and retain talent in a global organization.
- A strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to align TA strategies with overall business goals.
- Change management skills to support the continuous development and transformation of the TA function into a globally unified function. Succeeding through excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach is key.
- Pragmatic and result-driven, with the ability to consult with leaders at all levels on TA matters.
