THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a visionary and dynamic leader to drive transformative change in our Talent Management, Culture, and Engagement functions at Sitecore. As a key member of the People Leadership team, this role will shape the future of our global workforce by spearheading initiatives that nurture an exceptional employee experience and cultivate a culture of inclusivity and engagement.
This role offers significant scope to lead meaningful change across the organization, from designing and delivering talent management programs to embedding a vibrant and values-driven company culture. You will bring your innovative ideas, strategic thinking, and passion for people development to foster a sense of belonging, empowerment, and community across our global team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor our L&D team to craft and implement comprehensive programs that support all levels of professional growth within Sitecore.
- Define and model leadership behaviors and principles that align with our company’s vision and core values, ensuring leaders across the organization reflect these ideals.
- Design and execute strategic talent initiatives such as talent mapping and succession planning to identify and nurture the next generation of Sitecore leaders.
- Drive Sitecore’s cultural evolution through data-driven employee experience strategies, ensuring we remain an inclusive and connected global community.
- Lead cross-functional teams focusing on the development of intentional programs that shape a positive, thriving work culture.
- Champion our employee resource and affinity group programs, empowering employees to drive DE&I initiatives and strengthening our commitment to a diverse workforce.
- Own the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including regular pulse surveys and data-driven insights to continuously improve workplace culture.
