Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations on Uberall’s Integrated Talent, Performance, and People Development initiatives to align with strong business outcomes and People and Culture Strategy
- Lead the successful implementation and measurement of Integrated Talent Management.
- Directly manage and coach four direct reports.
