WHAT YOU DO
The Head of Assurance Technical Operations is responsible for key outputs in the areas of performance reporting, internal and external stakeholder management, quality control, compliance and change management within the Claims function. They are responsible for the Technical Team within Claims that provide support activities that assist in the day to day delivery of the Travel Claims operations.
